About The Position

Woods Machinery, a family-owned, full-service Bobcat equipment dealership, is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow an established Central New Jersey territory. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional to represent industry-leading equipment brands and build a rewarding career with $125,000+ earning potential. The position involves managing and growing an established sales territory, prospecting for new business, and nurturing existing accounts. You will be calling on contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and industrial customers, conducting equipment demonstrations, and preparing quotations to close sales. Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up is key, as is maintaining accurate customer activity in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in equipment, construction, rental, truck, industrial, or B2B outside sales
  • Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Valid driver's license
