The Territory Sales Manager maximizes territory share through high-volume outbound prospecting and conversion of inbound inquiries into activations. The role develops and executes a strategic sales plan for containers, ground-level offices, singlewide modular structures, complex modular structures in certain markets, and value-added products. Approximately 40% of the role is spent on outbound prospecting, 30% on inbound inquiry conversion, with remaining time focused on account development, in-person prospecting, and customer visits. The manager builds customer relationships, assesses needs, recommends products, develops tailored solutions, prepares quotes, negotiates sales terms, and coordinates orders and delivery with internal teams. The position also maintains a sales pipeline and CRM records, monitors market and competitor activity, reports on sales performance, and collaborates with operations, logistics, and customer support. This is an in-office role, not hybrid, with 10%–20% travel for customer field visits and little to no overnight travel.
