The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing territory share through high-volume outbound prospecting and converting inbound inquiries into activations. The role develops and executes sales plans for containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added products. Physical activities include sitting, standing, and walking in an office environment, and spending much of the business day on the phone. Annual total compensation is typically $80,000–$140,000 including commission, with no cap on variable incentive earnings. The stated base wage range is $59,100–$76,900.
