Uncle Arnie's
•$70,000 - $85,000

About The Position

Uncle Arnie's is hiring its first territory manager in Upstate New York, covering Albany, the Hudson Valley, and Upstate. The Territory Sales Manager will own sales and sell-through across the territory, building relationships with dispensary buyers, budtenders, and distributor representatives. This is a market-building role involving territory planning, account development, retail execution, and market feedback to support the company’s growth in New York. The manager will open dispensary accounts, grow product distribution, maintain reorder activity, and ensure the brand is visible and correctly placed. They will train budtenders, plan compliant in-store activations, coordinate with distributor and manufacturing partners, maintain CRM records, and use sales and market data to guide account priorities. The role requires compliance with New York Office of Cannabis Management rules. Success is measured by territory coverage and planning, new accounts, revenue and account growth, reorders, SKUs per account, inventory availability, distributor collaboration, and budtender training and resulting sell-through. The position offers a base annual salary of $70,000 to $85,000, with performance incentives.
