About The Position

This field-based role manages a territory, builds customer relationships, and drives sales growth across dealers, distributors, and fleet customers. It is for someone ready to step out from behind the desk or off the assembly line, own a territory, and drive sales results. Candidates should reside within or near their assigned territory. The role requires extensive travel (60%+) and is measured on revenue performance. Both internal and external candidates are considered.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales within assigned territory
  • Build relationships with dealers and customers
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Conduct product demos and customer visits
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver results
  • Represent LEER in the field and at industry events
