Olly Olly is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-velocity outbound sales team in our Austin office. This is an in office 5 days a week (M-F), hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, execution, and performance management, not strategy decks or remote oversight. You’ll own a team of 10-12 SMB-focused sales reps, with a mandate to drive consistency, accountability, and measurable improvement through live coaching, call reviews, and clear expectations. This role is ideal for someone who: Loves being in the trenches with reps, Knows how to coach from real calls, not theory, Can balance standards with support, Takes pride in building disciplined, winning teams.
