About The Position

Blatchford is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Ohio and West Virginia territory. The role is responsible for growing sales of existing and new Blatchford products across the assigned region by developing and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed territory sales goals across all sales channels. The work requires face-to-face interaction with customers at various locations and cannot be performed from home. The position may also require representing Blatchford at state, regional, and national trade shows.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Degree qualification, preferably in a Life Science or Business discipline.
• At least 5 years of field sales experience; experience in medical devices, prosthetics, durable medical equipment, or direct-bill pharmaceuticals is ideal.
• Ability to demonstrate consistent high-level sales performance, ideally in a prosthetic or medical environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a highly professional demeanor.
• Strong client relationship-building, prospecting, and leadership skills.
• Organized and analytical, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%.

Nice To Haves

• Field sales experience in medical devices, prosthetics, durable medical equipment, or direct-bill pharmaceuticals.
• Consistent high-level sales performance in a prosthetic or medical environment.
• Degree in a Life Science or Business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales goals and objectives for all products.
• Promote regional High Value Target Initiatives by leveraging Blatchford’s prosthetic product lines to drive revenue while benefiting customers financially and strategically.
• Work collaboratively with the SOS Distributor counterpart to identify opportunities for sales growth.
• Represent Blatchford at state, regional, and national trade shows as required.
• Deliver personalized sales presentations to O&P practitioners and other medical professionals.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the territory effectively.
