About The Position

ProSomnus is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Advocate to grow its presence throughout the California market, with a focus on the Los Angeles territory. This field-based sales role owns the territory and is responsible for achieving revenue and funnel goals, developing new target accounts, and expanding business within existing customers. It requires frequent in-person customer engagement and travel, along with strong relationships across sleep dentistry, sleep medicine, ENT, and other healthcare settings. The Territory Sales Advocate serves as a trusted customer resource, developing a deep understanding of ProSomnus products, clinical evidence, and the benefits of oral appliance therapy to communicate the company's evidence-based value proposition. The role also involves cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders and market influencers, leveraging educational and industry events, and using territory and account insights to create and execute sales strategies. Candidates must be able to support customers across the territory; preference is given to those who live within it or approximately 30 miles of its boundaries. ProSomnus describes the opportunity as a way to contribute to improved treatment outcomes for patients with obstructive sleep apnea while working autonomously and alongside a collaborative commercial and clinical organization.
