About The Position

The Territory Planning Analyst II owns the design, execution, and ongoing integrity of AvidXchange’s go-to-market (GTM) territory structures across direct sales, channel, and strategic partnerships. This position sits within the GTM Planning function under Revenue Operations and works alongside the Sales Compensation Analyst and Senior GTM Strategy Analyst. Territory potential data and coverage analysis support quota planning, while account data monitoring underpins broader GTM operations. The role is responsible for annual territory planning and optimization, assignment rules, territory realignments, scenario modeling, and post-change analysis. It also manages territory and account assignments across ERP and banking partnerships, including partner-specific territory maps, attribution models, and coverage reporting. The analyst monitors Salesforce account and territory data quality, manages deduplication, ownership handoffs, lifecycle status and firmographic integrity, and coordinates regular data enrichment. The analyst defines requirements and specifications for Salesforce territory configuration and bulk account changes for implementation by the Systems & Process team, validates deployments, and maintains documentation and an audit trail for territory changes. The position calls for strong data integrity practices, the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, and attention to how territory and account data affect quota, compensation, and reporting. AvidXchange describes itself as a provider of accounts payable automation software and payment solutions for middle-market businesses and their suppliers. It reports having more than 1,300 teammates working across the U.S. or remotely and describes its culture as Connected as People, Growth Minded, and Customer Obsessed. The posting highlights work/life balance, development programs, competitive benefits, and hybrid workplace flexibility.
