About The Position

MuleHide Products, part of ABC Supply, is hiring a Territory Manager to sell the full MuleHide product offering into ABC Supply branches in the Southern Virginia territory. The role focuses on building relationships, promoting products, delivering service, and growing sales and customer loyalty. The Territory Manager travels to ABC branch locations, jobsites, and contractor offices, with 50% to 75% travel during the week, Monday through Friday. The position also includes training ABC Supply associates and contractors, supporting technical activities, and representing MuleHide at industry and company events.

Requirements

• A college degree in Business, Sales, or another related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Superior time-management and organization skills.

Nice To Haves

• Specific industry knowledge, including familiarity with product lines and the overall building contractor process, is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to ABC branch locations, jobsites, and contractor offices; travel 50% to 75% during the week, Monday through Friday.
• Set and meet annual sales and share-of-wallet goals for the territory.
• Become an expert on MuleHide products.
• Coordinate and provide technical, product, and sales training for ABC Supply associates and contractors through hands-on and virtual methods.
• Make joint sales calls with ABC Supply branch associates.
• Drive customer retention, increased share-of-wallet, and new customer acquisition.
• Attend and represent MuleHide at industry conventions, seminars, trade shows, and ABC branch functions.
• Support the technical department with warranty inspections, claims, and contractor eligibility as needed.
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive management.
• Facilitate ABC Supply branch showroom merchandising of MuleHide products.
• Attend MuleHide sales and other required meetings with effective preparation and participation.
