Pape’ Machinery, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a motivated salesperson to join their Agriculture & Turf Division. This role involves building strong relationships with growers, producers, and agri-business leaders, delivering advanced large agricultural equipment solutions, and helping customers maximize efficiency and profitability. The Territory Manager will develop new business, support existing clients, and represent Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in their territory. Daily activities include field work, traveling in a company-provided sales vehicle, meeting customers face-to-face, and working with internal teams to ensure seamless support. The role requires understanding market trends and customer needs to drive growth and expand market share, with the backing of industry-leading resources, ongoing training, and mentorship.
