About The Position

Pape’ Machinery, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a motivated salesperson to join their team as a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales. This role offers a lucrative sales career with unlimited earning potential. The Territory Manager will act as a trusted partner to growers, producers, and agri-business leaders, focusing on building strong relationships, delivering advanced large agricultural equipment solutions, and helping customers maximize efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include developing new business, supporting existing clients, and representing Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in their territory. The role involves significant time in the field, traveling in a company-provided sales vehicle, meeting face-to-face with customers, and working with internal teams to ensure seamless support. The Territory Manager will stay informed about market trends and customer needs to position Pape’ Machinery as the go-to provider for large agricultural equipment solutions while driving growth and expanding market share. The company provides ongoing training and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology.
  • Financing background.
  • Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination.
