About The Position

Nabi provides weight-inclusive nutrition care for people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body distress, supported by an operational model designed to provide reliable experiences for patients and providers. The Territory Manager is responsible for expanding access to care by growing Nabi's referral network. This provider-facing, field-based role focuses on generating patient referrals by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers.

The Territory Manager works from a home base in Northern Virginia and regularly visits healthcare practices in person. The role includes educating providers about Nabi's services, supporting them through the referral process, developing new and existing referral relationships, and collaborating with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for providers and patients.

Requirements

• Comfort operating independently in a field-based startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers.
• A relationship-driven, consultative approach to outreach and partnership development.
• Strong organization and self-direction, including the ability to manage a pipeline and follow through without heavy oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and developing long-term referral partnerships.
• Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to explain how Nabi supports patients.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive a steady stream of patient referrals.
• Demonstrate the value of Nabi's model and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations team members to ensure providers and patients have a smooth experience.
• Manage the territory from a home base while making regular in-person provider visits, attending local events, and representing Nabi in the field.
