About The Position

Nabi Health provides weight-inclusive nutrition care for people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body distress, supported by operational systems intended to make patient and provider experiences seamless and reliable. The Territory Manager is responsible for expanding access to care in the Charlotte metro area by growing Nabi’s provider referral network. This is a provider-facing, field-based position based from home within the territory, with regular in-person visits to healthcare practices. The role focuses on educating providers about Nabi’s services, building and maintaining referral relationships, and supporting providers through the referral process. The Territory Manager collaborates with clinical and operations colleagues to ensure a smooth experience for providers and patients.

Requirements

• Comfort operating independently in a field-based startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers.
• Relationship-driven, consultative approach to outreach and partnership development.
• Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a pipeline and follow through without heavy oversight.

• Demonstrated track record of converting clinical relationships into patient referrals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and developing them into long-term referral partners.
• Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to explain how Nabi supports patients.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive a steady stream of patient referrals.
• Demonstrate the value of Nabi’s model and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations team members to support a smooth experience for providers and patients.
• Manage the territory from a home base while making regular in-person provider visits, attending local events, and representing Nabi in the field.
