Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking an Oncology Territory Director (Field Sales) to join their growing company. This role will cover the New England territory of Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. Requirements

5 to 10 years or more of Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Organizational and prioritizing skills.
Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
Local candidates with current work experience and industry-related contacts.

Nice To Haves

Oncology sales experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a designated regional territory with the goal of maximizing and reaching sales forecasts.
Identify, rank, prospect, and develop key oncology practices.
Build hospital-based business relationships within the targeted regional territory.
Target customers including oncology physicians, cancer care hospitals, and clinics.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
Identify key influencers and manage pipeline.
Achieve designated call expectations with a focus on top targets.
Deliver product presentations to customers.
Have exceptional probing and consultative communication skills.
Be familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic, and hospital communities.
Be self-motivated and results-driven.
