About The Position

NuCO2 is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Massachusetts. This role involves identifying, prospecting, and selling to new customers, managing all aspects of the assigned sales territory, and utilizing the company's sales automation tool. The position requires establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the corporate office staff and the field sales organization. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-disciplined self-starter who can manage a territory from a home-based office and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, communication and people skills
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills. MS office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel locally and manage sales territory from a home-based office

Responsibilities
