About The Position

The Territory Coverage Associate provides hands-on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, helping maintain reliable, high-quality execution and operational consistency across an assigned territory. The role represents Mondelēz International in stores, supports customer service and company standards, and completes store coverage using merchandising and order-writing processes. Work includes implementing promotional displays, documenting execution with mobile tools, assisting with seasonal transitions and product launches, and building relationships with store personnel. The associate also reinforces foundational skills and assists with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers, while developing operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for potential future management advancement. The position involves frequent physical activity and travel across assigned markets, with adherence to safety protocols and company vehicle policies.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the applicant resides.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Live within the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Ability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally over 50 pounds, as well as pushing and pulling.
• Comfort using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules, document execution, capture photos, and complete coverage tasks.

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz International professionally in stores while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Provide customer service to store teams and reinforce company standards and expectations.
• Complete scheduled store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.
• Capture display photos and document execution through DMI and Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow daily priorities and schedules set by the District Manager or RTM.
• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.
• Build relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.
• Reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while performing physical work and driving across the territory.
