About The Position

Join Mondelēz International’s mission to lead the future of snacking as a Territory Coverage Associate. This field-based role provides hands-on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, turning staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution. The associate helps maintain operational consistency, uphold brand and execution standards, and keep stores aligned with company expectations while representing well-known Mondelēz brands.

The position involves visiting stores across an assigned territory, carrying out merchandising and order-writing work, implementing promotional displays, documenting execution with digital tools, and building relationships with store personnel. It also supports seasonal transitions, new product launches, promotional events, and the onboarding of new team members. The role offers a foundation for future advancement into management.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license issued by their state of residence, hold a high school diploma or GED, live within the team’s geographic boundaries, and be available for a flexible schedule that includes weekends. The job requires travel across assigned markets and physical work, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally more than 50 pounds. A company vehicle, gas card, and vehicle maintenance program are provided. The position is regular field sales work.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Live within the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Have flexible schedule availability, including weekends.
• Be able to travel across assigned markets.
• Be able to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally over 50 pounds, as well as pushing and pulling.
• Be confident using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules, document execution, capture display photos, and complete coverage tasks accurately.
• Be organized and efficient in completing store visits, managing coverage assignments, and maintaining execution across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz professionally in stores and support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Provide customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz standards and expectations.
• Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.
• Capture display photos and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow daily priorities and assigned schedules set by the District Manager or RTM.
• Support new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high-visibility promotional events.
• Build relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.
• Reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while driving across the territory.
