About The Position

InStride Health is seeking a Territory Manager to support its expansion efforts in New York City. This entry-level role focuses on executing the growth strategy by identifying potential partners, introducing them to InStride's mission, and providing service to existing referral sources. The Territory Manager will work under senior growth leaders, learning healthcare business development while representing InStride in the community.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, customer-facing roles, sales, or healthcare operations.
High empathy and excellent verbal communication skills; you enjoy meeting new people and building rapport.
Strong "follow-through" skills. You can manage a high volume of tasks and keep a CRM organized without things falling through the cracks.
A desire to learn the complex New York healthcare ecosystem and motivated to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Based in the New York City metropolitan area with a willingness to travel locally for provider visits and events.
Comfortable learning new digital tools, including CRM platforms and data reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily outreach to pediatric practices, primary care offices, and school providers to introduce InStride’s services.
Maintain a consistent check-in cadence with established referral partners to ensure they have the materials and information they need.
Confidently deliver InStride’s value proposition to clinical staff and referral coordinators.
Assist in the planning and execution of local community events, webinars, and regional conferences to increase brand awareness.
Maintain records in our CRM to track outreach activity and referral trends.
Partner with the Clinical and Admissions teams to ensure a "warm handoff" for referred families.
Gather and communicate referral partner feedback; partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to improve the referral experience and InStride’s solutions.
