About The Position

The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. This role involves carrying out effective field work with minimal direct supervision, reporting daily activities on an online system, and meeting coverage norms for the assigned division. The primary focus is on generating prescriptions, increasing market share, promoting products according to strategy, and building strong relationships with stakeholders like doctors, chemists, and stockists. The role also contributes to strategy building and requires acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • BSc/B. Pharma. degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Fluent and confident in communication

Nice To Haves

  • Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered
  • Prior/current experience in the same therapy
  • Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Achieving assigned territory/geography wise sales target
  • Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
  • Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
  • Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division
  • Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
  • Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
  • Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
  • Facilitating Strategy building
  • A good Brand Ambassador
