Territory Aftermarket Manager
About The Position
21st Century Equipment LLC is seeking a full-time Territory Aftermarket Manager to join their passionate management team. This role involves leading and managing Parts and Service Management teams, engaging in ag-tech early-recruitment, and maintaining strong relationships with regional schools. The manager will monitor technician performance, optimize CSR utilization, contribute to budget planning, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and departmental profitability. The leadership in this role directly influences productivity, customer experience, and long-term success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in John Deere Parts or Service Department operations
- Ability to manage and motivate both individuals and teams
- Strong knowledge of salary and commission-based compensation
- Basic understanding of financial principles related to Parts and Service operations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions (heat, cold, blizzards)
- Ability to climb ladders or crawl under equipment when needed
