About The Position
Reporting directly to the Director of Adult/ Junior Tennis, the Tennis Coach teaches lessons, classes, programs, clinics, and events hosted at or by Greater Midland Tennis Center. Teaching outside the Tennis Center is prohibited unless approved by the immediate Supervisor or Executive Director. The Tennis Coach works to ensure members and guests of Greater Midland have the best experience possible, maintains high personal standards, and adheres to and carries out the Purpose and Values of Greater Midland.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the tennis industry, such as coaching or playing.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for creating a memorable customer experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Teach lessons, classes, programs, clinics, and events.
- Participate in regular staff trainings and meetings.
- Effectively communicate with members, guests, and staff.
- Teach only at Greater Midland Tennis Center, unless an exception is approved by the immediate Supervisor or Executive Director.
- Consistently demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with Greater Midland Values.
