We’re looking for a Tenant Services Coordinator who is extremely customer service driven and enjoys administrative work! This role is front of the line and responds to a variety of tenant and customer inquiries in an efficient, friendly, & professional manner.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • A high level of professionalism as this role works with professional tenants
  • Collaborative nature with strong communication skills
  • Post Secondary education

Nice To Haves

  • Previous property management and administrative experience is an asset
  • Passionate about customer service and always looking for ways to go above and beyond
  • Nimble + adaptable with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to navigate complex situations
  • Interested in property management
  • Previous experience with Angus is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties such as maintaining information in property management systems, dispatching and monitoring work orders, managing monthly tenant billables, purchase orders and other related job functions
  • Assisting with coordination and execution of team events
  • Assisting with KPI reports and summaries
  • Ensure proper file management and archive of files
  • Responsibility for ongoing management of the management office (supplies, copiers, mail, maintaining a stocked and tidy kitchenette)
  • Creation of work permits
  • Maintaining up to date vendor profiles including contact information and applicable insurance
  • Develop and maintain an effective line of communication with all staff, tenants and contractors; coordinate with site staff and liaise with various internal teams to provide support as required
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and email inquiries
  • Managing ongoing communication and execution of Tenant Advisory Notices
