About The Position

The Resort at Papakea is seeking a reliable individual to monitor access to apartment buildings during an upcoming walkway coating project. The walkways must remain closed while the coating cures. Apartment occupants may need to access their units through lanai doors, and the officer’s primary responsibility is to screen and control access to affected apartments. This is a temporary, as-needed role that may suit someone seeking occasional or supplemental income. Shifts may vary depending on project needs. The Resort at Papakea is located on Maui’s Kaanapali Coast and features 13 oceanfront acres, gardens, and condominium accommodations with private furnished balconies or lanais. Responsibilities

Monitor access to designated apartments while the walkway coating is curing.
Prevent individuals from entering areas closed for curing.
Allow access when appropriate and direct occupants as needed.
Remain on-site and attentive throughout the assigned shift.
Communicate issues or concerns to the project team.
