About The Position

The Resort at Papakea is seeking a reliable individual for a temporary, as-needed role supporting an upcoming Walkway Coating Project. Once coating is applied, affected walkways must remain closed until fully cured. Apartment occupants may need to access their units through their lanai doors, and the Security Officer’s primary responsibility is to screen and control access to affected apartments during the curing period. The role requires remaining on-site and attentive throughout assigned shifts, preventing entry into closed areas, allowing access when appropriate, directing occupants, and communicating issues or concerns to the project team. Hours are flexible and may vary based on project needs. The posting lists an hourly pay rate of $25.00 and describes benefits and other perks, with eligibility dependent on job status.

Responsibilities
