About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Email Coordinator to support our team with the building and deployment of marketing emails in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and reading proficiency preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience building and deploying emails using an email marketing platform is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Build and format marketing emails in the email platform, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
- Coordinate email deployment schedules and execute sends according to established timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather assets and meet deadlines
- Test emails to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Troubleshoot formatting or deployment issues and make timely corrections
