About The Position

Sea to Summit is seeking an Email & Community Coordinator to join their e-commerce team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on driving engagement, retention, and brand affinity through email marketing and an emerging community strategy. The coordinator will manage email campaigns, product seeding, influencer partnerships, and consumer sentiment monitoring, contributing to the growth of a global outdoor brand.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform required.
Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams in a lean environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with influencer or community programs a plus.
Outdoor industry experience or genuine enthusiasm for outdoor gear preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the B2C and B2B email calendar — strategy, planning and execution across campaigns, product launches and the trading calendar
Build, deploy and optimise campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, including segmentation and list health
Drive continuous improvement across open rates, click-through, conversion and revenue attribution
Own the monthly B2B retailer newsletter (Trail Tales)
Manage the product seeding program — coordinating requests, fulfillment and follow-through with creators and brand advocates
Oversee day-to-day influencer partnerships, tracking deliverables and maintaining relationships
Monitor consumer sentiment across key channels and surface insights to inform content and marketing decisions
Bring a point of view on building a more structured community program — advocacy, UGC and consumer engagement
