About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The role helps customers discover and express their personal style and shows how Kate Spade products can fit into their existing wardrobe. Associates engage customers, provide styling guidance, support sales, and maintain operational excellence in a retail environment.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or proficiency in the local language, depending on market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
Listen actively and ask follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
Show customers different ways to wear products and encourage exploration of new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce customer choices and invite customers to return.
Drive results through customer connections and storytelling.
Maintain knowledge of the brand and product attributes across categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback constructively.
