About The Position

The Temporary Associate serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist works with customers to discover and express their personal style and shows them how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. The role combines customer engagement and styling with sales and operational responsibilities. Associates create complete looks, share product and brand knowledge, guide customers through purchase decisions, and help maintain operational excellence. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays. The role also involves lifting and moving merchandise and maneuvering through the sales floor and stockroom. The listed base pay range is $15.00–$19.50. Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or local-language proficiency, depending on the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
