About The Position

The Teller processes customer transactions at FNBO branch locations while providing exceptional service. Tellers are expected to serve customers with a friendly, positive attitude and deliver consistent, efficient, and accurate service. They are empowered to make appropriate decisions for customers and are expected to take pride in their work and uphold the values in FNBO’s Operating Philosophy. The role offers an opportunity to learn about finance and banking. Tellers participate in training and work with their team toward individual and team success. The position is expected to be onsite at the posted location; the work location may change based on business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
Previous cash handling experience.
Previous Teller experience.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in Spanish.
