About The Position

The Teller processes customer transactions at FNBO branch locations while providing exceptional, friendly, and positive service. Tellers are expected to deliver consistent, efficient, and accurate service, take pride in their work, and make decisions that meet customers’ needs in alignment with FNBO’s Operating Philosophy. They participate in training and collaborate with their team to develop their skills and achieve individual and team success. The role is anticipated to be onsite at the posted location; work location may change based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Unrestricted work authorization; candidates must not require future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Previous Teller experience.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
