About The Position

As a full-time Teller in PNC's retail organization, this role is based at the Helotes branch in Helotes, Texas. The position is conducted in-office. The successful candidate must speak Spanish. The Teller delivers customer experiences intended to support customers' financial wellbeing and build loyalty while increasing their use of PNC services. The role handles customer interactions, explains available options for financial transactions, identifies banking opportunities, and makes appropriate referrals. It also supports accurate, efficient teller and branch operations while following policies and procedures.

Requirements

Spanish speaking ability is required.
Demonstrated customer focus and knowledge of practices that prioritize customer needs and satisfaction.
Ability to manage risk and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
No prior experience is required.
No degree is required; comparable combinations of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer experiences aimed at improving financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and increasing share of wallet.
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about available alternatives for financial interactions.
Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer customers as appropriate.
Have meaningful conversations with customers to identify opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Engage with customers in the lobby and present PNC products that may meet their needs.
Explain options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
