About The Position

As a Teller in PNC's Retail Banking organization, based in Cicero, Illinois, you will deliver a customer experience focused on improving financial wellbeing and building customer loyalty. You will handle a range of customer interactions, explain financial transaction options, identify banking opportunities, and make appropriate referrals. The role requires Spanish-speaking ability and is performed in-office.

Responsibilities

Deliver a customer experience aimed at improving customers’ financial wellbeing and building loyalty.
Process a variety of customer interactions.
Educate customers about alternatives for their financial interactions and options for managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Use product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
