About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Greenwood Village, Colorado branch. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately completing transactions while delivering a welcoming and reliable experience. Tellers serve as a primary point of contact, build foundational banking skills, learn about customers’ needs, introduce helpful products, services, and digital tools, and connect customers with bankers for detailed product conversations. The role works closely with branch teammates to support daily operations and a consistent customer experience, with training, coaching, and opportunities for long-term growth and career mobility. The position requires a schedule that includes Saturdays and is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The stated base pay range is $20.00–$26.00; employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. The listed posting location is 9350 E Arapahoe Rd, Greenwood Village, CO 80112.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to convenient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and listen to customers to understand everyday financial needs and connect them with relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercising sound judgment and managing risk in line with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, ask questions to clarify customer needs, and provide simple solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; identify and escalate issues and make sound risk decisions.
