About The Position
VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking a personable, professional Client Service Coordinator with experience in the veterinary field to join a small, two-doctor general practice in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The practice emphasizes high standards of care, excellent client service, and an inclusive, collaborative team culture. The coordinator is the face of the hospital and helps build client trust and confidence while supporting the practice’s day-to-day operations. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with a starting range of $18.00–$24.00 per hour. Applications are accepted through November 15, 2026.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Place follow-up calls and reach out to prospective clients.
- Present and explain fees and process payments.
- Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
- Answer questions about products and services and educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, such as heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea and tick control.
- Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain the hospital and ensure the facility is neat and clean inside and outside.
