Part Time 20hr. -Teller (Colonial Branch)
About The Position
The Teller provides a best-in-class customer experience while processing transactions, servicing existing and potential customers, and contributing to branch sales goals. The role involves handling basic customer and cash transactions, balancing cash daily, identifying referral opportunities, and following applicable banking laws and regulations, including Atlantic Union Bankshares’ BSA/AML Policy and Procedures. The Teller develops knowledge of bank products and services, learns and adapts to changing digital channels, and performs other duties as assigned. Shifts may vary depending on business need. The position is part-time, 20 hours. The position is supervised by the assigned leader of the branch.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Flexible and able to adapt to change.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 30 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience.
