About The Position

As a part-time teller in PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based at the East Blvd. location in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role delivers customer experiences intended to improve customers’ financial well-being and build loyalty, while identifying opportunities to introduce relevant PNC products and services. You will process customer interactions, explain financial transaction options, resolve problems, and complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently. This is an in-office role. The position includes a Saturday rotation, providing coverage at a PNC Bank Saturday Banking Branch for at least 1–2 Saturdays per month.

Prior experience is not required.
No degree is required; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments.
Demonstrate customer focus and the ability to assess and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer experiences focused on financial well-being, loyalty, and increasing share of wallet.
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about available alternatives for their financial interactions.
Identify banking opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Engage with customers in the lobby and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Help customers manage financial transactions by explaining and leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
Provide coverage at a PNC Bank Saturday Banking Branch for at least 1–2 Saturdays per month as part of a rotation schedule.
