Teller (Spanish Bilingual Preferred)
About The Position
Join Associated Bank as a Teller and provide exceptional service and support to customers. In this front-line role, you will process transactions accurately, identify opportunities to meet customer needs, and promote financial solutions that help clients achieve their goals. You will grow your banking knowledge while contributing to a collaborative team focused on integrity and community impact. Spanish bilingual ability is preferred. The role also supports daily branch operations and customer use of digital and self-service banking tools. Tellers are expected to comply with applicable enterprise policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and to report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as directed. Associated Bank uses AI or automated technologies to assist with organizing and analyzing applicant information, but hiring decisions are made by personnel. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail banking, cash handling, or financial services.
- Spanish bilingual ability.
Responsibilities

- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally and carefully.
- Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple branches to ensure seamless service.
- Comply with applicable enterprise policies and procedures, laws, and regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
- Report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as required.
