About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Mira Vista location in Fort Worth, Texas. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller processes transactions accurately, provides a welcoming and reliable experience, and serves as a primary point of contact for customers. The role involves learning about customers’ needs, introducing helpful products, services, and digital tools, and connecting customers with a banker for more detailed product conversations. Tellers work with branch teammates to support daily operations and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The position provides exposure to retail banking and foundational skills for potential long-term career growth, supported by training, coaching, and a team-based culture. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The work schedule includes Saturdays.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand customers’ everyday financial needs.
Connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, clarify customer needs, and provide simple solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk programs, policies, procedures, and compliance obligations; identify, escalate, and help remediate issues.
