About The Position

As a part-time Teller in PNC's retail banking organization, based in Crawfordsville, Indiana, you will deliver a customer experience focused on financial wellbeing and loyalty while processing customer interactions and identifying appropriate banking opportunities. You will educate customers about available options for transactions and financial needs, connect them with branch staff when appropriate, and help them use technology and other resources. This is an in-office position. PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

Prior experience is not required.
No degree is required; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrate customer focus, including understanding customer needs and creating customized solutions.
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrate knowledge or ability in banking products, digital awareness, and fraud detection and prevention.

Responsibilities

Deliver a customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about alternatives for financial interactions.
Identify banking opportunities through meaningful customer conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
