About The Position

As a Part Time Teller in PNC's Retail Banking organization, based in the Huron Street Branch in Waterford, Michigan, you deliver a customer experience focused on financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing customers' share of wallet. You process a variety of customer interactions, explain alternatives for financial transactions, identify banking opportunities, and make appropriate referrals. You also engage with customers in the lobby and use technology, tools, and resources to help them manage transactions and find suitable PNC products. You apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and follow policies and procedures, using sound judgment while completing teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

Deliver a customer experience aimed at improving customers' financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about alternatives for financial interactions.
Identify banking opportunities through customer conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Perform lobby engagement activities and position PNC products to meet customers' needs.
Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
