Full-Time Teller - Bettendorf
About The Position
DuTrac is seeking a Teller to serve as a trusted partner to members and help them achieve their financial goals. The role provides excellent member service, builds long-term relationships, processes transactions accurately, helps members identify financial needs, and recommends appropriate products and services. The Teller is also responsible for accurately balancing currency. Branch hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tellers are required to work Saturday mornings on a rotating basis from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process transactions and provide positive member interactions while adhering to established guidelines.
- Assist members in determining their financial needs and recommend products and services that provide appropriate benefits.
- Accurately balance all currency.
