About The Position

The Teller is part of PNC's retail organization and is based in Golden, Colorado. The role delivers customer experiences intended to support customers' financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing their use of PNC services. The Teller handles customer interactions, explains options for financial transactions, identifies banking opportunities, makes referrals, and uses technology and available resources to address customer needs. This is an in-office position. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred. PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

No prior experience is required.
No degree, high school diploma, or GED is required.
Must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate to the role.
Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer experiences that support financial wellbeing, build loyalty, and increase share of wallet.
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about alternatives for financial transactions.
Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Engage with customers in the lobby and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Explain options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assess and manage risks in support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
