About The Position

Stock Associates control the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor. They receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label merchandise, and support the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed. The role involves executing merchandise-flow routines, processing deliveries, maintaining the stockroom, supporting merchandising and operations standards, assisting with inventory, and helping reduce shortages.

The ideal candidate is engaging, service-oriented, organized, efficient, thoughtful, self-motivated, and interested in personal growth and development. Flexible availability is required to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. The position may require bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting sales goals by consistently executing merchandise-flow routines.
• Process merchandise deliveries in accordance with the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Consistently meet store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Assist with the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage-reduction measures.
• Model the company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
• Provide customer service and ring up customers as needed.
