About The Position

Wasatch Peaks Credit Union is hiring a part-time morning Teller. As the first impression of the credit union, the Teller helps shape members’ experience and perception through one-on-one service. Day-to-day work includes assisting members with transactions such as money transfers, online banking assistance, and wire transfers. The role suits someone who enjoys meeting and talking with new people and takes fulfillment from providing member service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Employees never work six days in a row, and the credit union is closed Sundays. Wasatch Peaks operates six branches in Weber County, Utah, and serves members with the mission of “Exceeding expectations one member at a time.”

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Computer experience.

Nice To Haves

Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
Spanish fluency is associated with a higher starting pay.

Responsibilities

Help members one-on-one with transactions and service needs.
Assist members with money transfers, online banking, and wire transfers.
Provide member service that supports a positive experience and reflects well on the credit union.
