About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller to join its National Branch Network in Incline Village, Nevada. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller accurately processes transactions, provides a welcoming and reliable experience, and represents the branch through strong service, attention to detail, and care. The role involves learning about customer needs, introducing helpful products, services, and digital tools, and connecting customers with a banker for detailed product conversations. Tellers work closely with branch teammates to support daily operations and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Wells Fargo provides training, coaching, and a team-based culture, and describes the role as an entry point for development and career mobility. The schedule will include Saturdays. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships, listen to understand everyday financial needs, and connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercising sound judgment and managing risk in line with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, use active listening to clarify needs, and provide simple solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
