About The Position
The University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe is seeking a temporary hourly driver to support its Lake Tahoe Campus in Incline Village. The driver will transport nursing students from campus to clinical sites and other educational or community locations throughout the region in university-owned Sprinter vans. The position is anticipated to start in January 2027 and is scheduled for 16–24 hours per week.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Complete university defensive driving training.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport nursing students from the Lake Tahoe Campus to clinical sites and other educational or community locations throughout the region.
- Ensure passenger safety and follow traffic laws and university policies.
- Conduct basic vehicle safety checks and report maintenance concerns.
- Provide reliable transportation for clinical rotations and special events.
