About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller to join its National Branch Network. In this front-line, customer-focused role, the Teller supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately completes transactions, and provides a welcoming and reliable experience. As a primary point of contact, the Teller represents the branch through attentive service, care, and attention to detail. The role involves learning customers’ needs, introducing helpful products, services, and digital tools, and connecting customers with a banker for more detailed product conversations. The Teller works with branch teammates to support smooth daily operations and a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The position is located at 2440 Fairview Ave N, Roseville, Minnesota 55113. The schedule will include Saturdays. The role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The stated base pay range is $23.00–$28.50; pay may vary based on factors including performance, skills, experience, and work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships and actively listen to understand everyday financial needs.
Connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Clarify customer needs and provide clear, simple solutions or next steps through effective communication and active listening.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues to support timely resolution.
