About The Position

Rosedale is hiring Door Staff to serve as the first point of contact for guests entering the establishment. The role calls for exceptional, friendly service, a strong work ethic, effective communication, a hospitality mindset, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Door Staff help create enjoyable guest experiences and contribute to a fun and safe environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be well-spoken and able to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Work well under pressure.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Be a good teammate.
• Be responsible, personally accountable, and reliable.
• Maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by the company and city/state.
• Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment.
• Maintain lines and provide crowd control.
• Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if needed.
• Clean and remove trash throughout the bar, including patios and restrooms.
• Assist with private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and helping guests with their belongings to their cars.
