About The Position

CGC Home Services is seeking a confident, self-motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser to engage homeowners, introduce the company’s plumbing and water treatment products and services, and generate qualified leads. The role involves canvassing assigned residential neighborhoods, starting conversations, communicating product and service value, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. The successful candidate is dependable, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, receptive to coaching, and committed to improving performance. Water treatment industry experience is not required; training on products and services is provided. Compensation includes guaranteed base pay plus commission and incentives.

Requirements

• Previous door-to-door or canvassing experience is required.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with ownership of results.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with and serving people.
• Dependable and consistently reliable.
• Positive attitude and energy in homeowner interactions.
• Desire to continually improve and pursue excellence in effort and results.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation.

• Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Represent the company professionally, enthusiastically, and with a positive attitude.
• Work toward established lead, appointment, and performance goals.
• Maintain regular communication and accountability with the manager.
• Be receptive to coaching, feedback, and continued development to improve performance.
